2014 June, Colorado, Department of Health Care Financing and Policy, Single Entry Point Study. The report studied Colorado single entry point activities and reported on similar practices in Minnesota, Oregon and Washington. The report has not been published by the state.

2009 June, “Cost Analysis of Services Provided by Community Based Rehabilitation Programs, a report prepared for the Florida Department of Education, Division of Blind Services.” This was a cost analysis of the Conklin Center in Daytona Beach, one of only two programs in the country that take care of persons that are blind and intellectually disabled. The report has not been released by the Florida Department.

Available in the library of the University of Oregon at  http://hdl.handle.net/1794/23254     Based on nine months of field work in 1966, this work measures the presence or absence of occupations and businesses in 34 rural county seats, cabeceras, in the Cordillera Central and Colombia’s Valle del Cauca and studies why some  country seats have more occupations and businesses than others.
